I have always been curious about human behavior and creativity as well as conversion metrics, logic, and data.

I graduated from UMass Amherst with a B.B.A in Marketing, minor in Economics. I spent the first 8 years of my career helping clients solve problems and providing expertise in various digital marketing, ecommerce, and advertising SAAS solutions. With this experience, I developed a strong sense of empathy for my clients, their customers, and stakeholders.

I found my way to UX Design through my account management role at a personalization software company working on projects for online retailers. I was obsessed with the customer shopping journey and I challenged my clients to add more personalized experiences for their ecommerce website or mobile app.

From October 2018-May 2019 I worked on learning additional skills and building my portfolio with UX Academy through Designlab in addition to absorbing knowledge through books, videos, articles, and podcasts.

In December 2019 I turned my passion for UX into my dream career. I am currently working as an Associate User Experience Designer at AppFolio.
